Rules
1. Your film must be five seconds long.
Loophole: credits are not included in the running time total. You may use this to your advantage.
2. Your film must include at least one edit, i.e. you cannot use five seconds of straight footage - there must be a cut, transition, edit, whatever you like, but it can't simply be five seconds of footage.
3. Please include the 'Official Selection' card at the beginning of your film, before any credits play, for a total of five seconds. You can download this card here.
