AT LEAST ONE EDIT.
Your film must include at least one edit, i.e. you cannot use five seconds of straight footage — there must be a cut, transition, edit, whatever you like, but it can't simply be five seconds of footage.
OFFICIAL SELECTION CARD.
Please include the ‘Official Selection’ card at the beginning of your film, before any credits play, for a total of five seconds.
